This was agreed to; the plaintiff pro ceeded to Charleston as the custodian of the de fendant, in the hope of getting I113 money. But lo ! and behold ! when P. entrapped L. to Charles ton, he (P.) had a bail writ issued for L. and put him (L.) in jail.
