Whereas, It has been represented to me that JOHN BRINK LET, (or Brinkle.) and RUFUS SHARP, late of the County of Lenoir in said Slate, stand charged with the murder of one Costin, late of said County and Slate, and that said Brinkley au 1 Sharp are now fugitives from justice. Now, therefore, iu order that said Brinkley and Sharp may be arrested and brought to justice for the said alleged murder, I, Jonathan Worth, Gov ernor of said State, do issue this my proclamation oO'ering the reward of Six Hundred Dollars for their apprehension and delivery to the Sheriff of Lenoir county, or three hundred dollars for the apprehen sion and delivery of either of them to said Sheriff.
