Williamson Menefee Dies From Self inflicted Wound. On last Thursday night, about S:30, at Bel I e in on t Mills, where he was employed, John Williamson Menefee, 15, fired a pistol shot into his temple from which he di> d instantly. Menefee lie is survived by his wife and two young daughters; two brothers and his mother The funeral servce was conduct ed from Graham Presbyterian church, of which he was a mem be, at 10 o'clock Saturday morn ing. Interment in Lin wood cem etery. James C- McAdams Passes. Mr. James C.Il .-Adams, 72, died at his home here at 2:30 yesterday afternoon. lie had been in de clining health for several months. At the close of J*?t year he closed out his mercantile business and retired. He made his home in Graham for many years and was a highly esteemed citizen. Walker Died Monday Afternoon Leighton S. Walker. 53, died at his home here ot 2:30 Monday af ternoon. He had been in declin ing health for several months. He spent the winter in Florida, hop ing to recover his strength and re turned home about two weeks bo fore his deuth.
