I Graham Home Building Co. to Pay Out $66,800 26th Series Matured---33rd Se ries Opens 2nd Saturday of March. With the December payment the 2(itb series of shares in Gra ham lloine Building Company matured, which makes 81 pay ments for maturiug the series. Secretary - Treasurer Phil S. Dixou informs us that'the pay ments on each share have netted a profit of (18.00, and that the compauy has not lost a penny in the 32 years of its operation The company earns a fraction over six percent on the monthly payments, besides paying the taxes for which it is liable ou its assets and otherwise. The fortunate ones owning shares in the 26th series, matured witu the December payment, will receive (100 per share in cash or the equivalent iu the cancellation of mortgages where loans have been made. The next series of stock, the 33rd, will open on the second Saturday of March, next, when | the first payment is due to be I made. V -sr after year we have urged the people of this community to take oue or more shares in the company, not only as a means of saving something each month ? no better savings aocouut, bat that through the accumulation of the monthly payments, the com pany may loan to those who want to build new homes or mage im provements. I There are hundreds of homes | iu this community which have been built or improved through loans made by the compauy, whicn, perhaps, would not have been but for the easy, long-term payments provided through this comp iny. Agaiu, we urge those who have never taken a share to do so in the next series. Those who have takeu shares' from year to year and reaped the advantages, will do so agaiu.
