DEATHS Mrs. Nannie Purcell Capes, 6*1, died last Thursday afternoon at her home in Burlington after a critical illness of 10 days. Mrs. Capes was a native of Rockinirham count v. She vu first married to the lat? John Wheeler, who died in 1892, and later to Buck M. Capes who wa vives. Surviving in addition to her husband are four daughters, four sons, one foster-eon, one sister, seven grandchildren and one great grandchild. Funeral services were con ducted at Hocutt Memorial Bap tist church Saturday afternoon by Rev. A. P. Stephens, assisted by Rev. Ronald Rice. Interment was in Pine Hill cemetery. Graveside funeral rites were held at Pine Hill cemetery Sun day afternoon for Brenda Sue Wolleri, 14-day-old infant of Mr. and Mrs. George A. Overman, 68, of SwepsonvHle, died at his home Monday morning: after an ill ness of four weeks. He was a na tive of Alamance count}. 1 Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Pearl Burke Overman; three sons, one step-daughter, two sisters, and three brothers. B. Hough. Burial was in Phillips Chapel cemetery. Arthur K. Sharps, 59, Route 1, Burlington, died Tuesday at a Greensboro hospital after an ill ness of three months and 10 days. Surviving are three daughters, four brothers, and three sisters. Funeral services were held at Springwood Presbyterian church yesterday afternoon, 'lev. J. W. Posted and Rev. John C.
