In Louisburg quite a crowd gathered at the Graded School auditorium to hear Lcuisburg and Ox- j ford. The debate# were all good and 1 the debaters on both sides deserve much credit for the splendid speech- j es they had prepared. Although the ' decisjon was a difficult matter for the Judges Louisburg was declared the i winner. A team from Louisburg went to Franklinton on the same night and j was awarded the decision at' that | place.
