Kear ney and grandson and namesake of the late Captain Hsnry Crawford Kearney, a Confederate veteran of fame who served under Lee. ? I>EATll CLAIMS MR. THOMAS R. MOVE The death of Mr. Thomas R. Moye on Sunday morning brought sorrow into the hearts of many friends.* Mr. Moye was 68 years old and had been an invalid for several years. He Is survived by the following children : G. R. ad L. R., Miss Susie Moye and Mrs. C. H. Hendrick of Franklinton. and Mr. James Moye, of Henderson. Mr. Moye was tenderly laid to rest on Monday afternoon in the town cem etery where a concourse of friends gathered to pay tribute to Ills mem ory. The funeral services were con ducted by the Rev.
