LAUREL ITEMS Misses Mildred Stewart and Lucile Lawrence, students of Vance County Farm Life School, Middleburg, spent the Thanksgiving holidays with Miss Mary Egerton, who is also a student of the same school. A community meeting was held at Gold-Sand school building on Tues day evening of last week. More than one hundred people were present. An interesting program was given, which everyone seemed to enjoy.
