default having been made In the pay
ment of the debt thereby secured and
demand for foreclosure having been
made by the holder of the debt so se^
cured upon the said trustee; and de
fault having been made In the pay
ment of Bald debt according to the
terms of the decree of the Superior
Court of Nash County in that action
