NOTICE OP SPECIAL ELECTION FOR ABOLITION EPSOM SCHOOL DISTRICT Upon petition of one-halt of th'e qual ified voters residing In Epsom School District for that portion thereof situ ate in Franklin County, State of North Carolina, said petition being In due term and duly approved and Indorsed by the County Board of Education of Franklin County; it Is hereby ordered that an election be held in the said portion of said district situate In Franklin County, In accordance with the provisions of Article 17, Chapter 13C of Public Laws of North Carolina, Session 1923 and Acts Amendatory thereto, at which election shall be as certained the will of the people with in said territory whether the special tax now levied in said territory shall be abolished or not. The said election shall be held on Monday. Dec. 21, 1926. The polling place shall be at Dickie's Store, situate in said territory. A new registration shall be made and Dur wood Dickie is hereby appointed iex T. H. lstrar, and Opie Frailer and Weldon are hereby appointed poll hol ders. The boundaries of said portion of the Epsom School District, situate in Franklin County, are as follows: "Beginning at a point where Lynch's Creek crosses the line of Hayesville and Frankllnton Townships and thence up said creek to the Vance and Frank lin County line; thence in a Northeas terly direction along said county line to a point where Vance, Franklin and Warren Counties Join; thence in an Easterly direction along* the Warren and Franklin County line to the point where Hayesville and Sandy Creek Townships corner in the Warren and Franklin County line: thence in a Southerly direction along the Hayes ville and Sandy Creek Township line to the Grace R. and W.
