Barron, Trustee, said deed of trust bearing date of August L 181#, and being recorded in the of fice of the Register of Deeds ff>r Franklin County, North Carolina, is Book 233, at pages 72 to 77, and said deed of trust providing that In case of the death of the trustee therein named that the holder or holders ol the notes secured by said deed ol trust might name another trustee to execute said deed of trust; andwhere as the salj Charleg H. Barron Is dead and the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, the holder of the notes se cured by said deed of trust, has ap pointed the undersigned trustee to ex ecute said deed of trust by Instru ment recorded in the office of the Re gister of Deeds for Franklin County, North Carolina, In book 274, page 37; and default having been made in the payment of the notes secured by said deed of trust and upon the request of the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, the holder and owner of said notes, the undersigned, Raleigh Banking and Trust Company, Trustee, will offer for sale to the highest bid der, for cash, at the County Court house door in Loulsburg, Franklin County, North Carolina, on Wednes day, the 1st day of September, 1826, at 11 o'clock A.
