The cash portion of the accepted bid shall be applied toward the payment of the costs of this action. Including the compensation to the Commissioner, unpaid taxes assessed upon the property and assessments which may be past due and unpaid, and Judg ment of the plaintiff In the order stated. The credit portion of the accepted bid due plaintiff shall be evidenced by a bond or mote of the purchaser, payable to the said J.
