Notice of Special Election And New Registration of Voters for The Town of Iiouisburg. N. C. A special election will be held between the hour of 7:00 A. M. and Sunset on the 28th day of October, 1938, at' which time there shall be submitted to the quail- i fled voters of the Town of Louis burg, N. C., the following ques tion: Shall an ordinance passed on the 6th day of September, 1938. authorizing the issuance of Eigh teen Thousand Dollars ($18,000, 00) for Armory Building Bonds and a tax to retire said bonds be approved? Said ordinance authorizing the issuance of bonds not exceeding $18,000.00 for, the purpose of building, constructing and erect ing an Armory Building in said Town of Louisburg, N. C. If said bonds are issued a tax will be levied for the payment of the principal and interest there on on all taxable property in the Town of Louisburg, N. C. That for said election a new registration has been ordered and the Registration Books shall open at 9:00 A. M. on Monday, the 26 day of September, 1938, and clos ed at' Sunset on the 15 day of Oc tober. 1938, except Sundays and legal holidays.
