AN KAPLAN. VI ION The foreclosure sale advertised by me as trustee under the deed of trust executed by Everette N. Ayscue and recorded in the Regis- j try of Franklin County, N. C., in) Book 337, page 540, for Monday, February 13, 1939, was not held for the reason that the indebted ness secured in said deed of trust was paid or arranged to be paid prior to the day set for the sale. Through a mistake, however, it was announced at the time of the sale tihat said sale was being post poned for one week until the 20th day of February, 1939, and an other advertisement was publish ed in the newspaper to that effect. Such additional publication of the advertisement of said sal? came about tihrough a mistake and mis understanding, and there should not have been any other advertise ment, as the indebtedness had been paid prior to- February 13, 1139. This statement is made in jaatice to those interested in said land, and to clear up the misunder standing arising out of the extra publication of the notice of sale. This March 2, 1939.
