Because the present supply is deemed ade quate to meet all civilian needs, the Office of Price Administration has removed all rationing restric tions from lard, Theodore S. Johnson, district director if tha Raleigh OPA announced. As a result of the action, all restrictions on the amount of lard that may be obtained by indus trial or institutional users were removed, and all record keeping and reporting requirements under OPA regulations were eliminat ed, Johnson said.
