two leaders, Mrs. Joe Denton

for the progiam.
The president, Judith Gupton,
called the meeting to order. The
opening hymn was, "Onward
Christian Soldier." Thescrlp
ture reading, taken from Psalm
94^9, was given by Phlllts
Pleasants.
The secretary, Tony Gupton,
called the roll and read the
minutes ol the last meeting,
which were approved as read.
A short business meeting was
j held by Judith Gupton. During
this meeting plans were made j
to send a sunshine box to an
elder person at the first meet
ing In February, after which
the group sang "Jesus Saves."
