Sometime ago the Accident Prevention Committee of the American Academy of Pediatrics issued this advice to parents. Instructions for the Parents 1. Tell the baby sitter where you will be and leave the phone number where you can be reached. 2. Leave the baby sitter the phone number of the local police department and the children's doctor. 3. Leave exact Instructions as to the care of the children, what they are to eat, when they are to go to bed, etc. 4. Review with the baby sitter various escape routes in case of fire. ?V Instructions for Baby Sitter 1. General Instructions. A. Remember that these parents have entrusted you with their most valuable and prec ious possession. Be sure that yqur actions Justify this faith In you. B.
