FRANKLINTON Buchanan , PTA Speaker (Frk. B.W.) The Frankllnton High Schooi Parents-Teachers Association met in the school auditorium Tuesday evening with Mrs. Judith Ranvey pre siding. # The Rev. Lawrence Bridges, pastor of the Franklinton Methodist Church, presented the devotionals. The guest speaker, Mr. Neal Buchanan of Durham, was in troduced by Mrs. C. H. Weston. Mr. Bichanan from'the Wright School explained how the special ZINGY ? C., with Mr. and Mrs "w ill Blagman and other relatives. Overnight guests of Mr. and Mrs. M. E. Fisher and Carolyn Sunday were Mr. and Mrs. Henry Fisherof Virginia Beach, Va., who brought Mr. W. D. Fisher home. Mr. Fisher had also visited with a daughter in Norfolk. Mrs. Emma Moore is at home for a few days after spending most of the winter in Rocky Mount and Louisburg with her daughters. These seniors have been working hard for many weeks, and they hope to present a good play. Little Women is patterned after Louisa May Alcott's book and with him and his family for a while. Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Moore visited in Spring Hope Sunday afternoon with Mrs., Carrie Moore, Mr. and Mrs. R. B. Moore. Rev. and Mrs. Coleman Thom as, Mrs. Lee McGregor and Mrs. C... M. Moore were in Raleigh Wednesday to attend the Baptist State W.M.U. Con vention. Mrs. Ima (Lee) Inscoe cele brated her birthdaySunday. She was honored on the occasion by having a number of rela tives and friends in for dinner. She received lovely gifts. Mr. and Mrs. Rex Gay and Jemme of Newport News, Va., Mr. and Mrs. Robert Strick land and Gregg of Rocky Mount visited Mr. and Mrs. L. S. Gay during the weekend. Mrs. Audrey Fisher and Tam mie, Mr. and Mrs. Dan Fisher of Rocky Mount visited relatives has captured many of the beau ; tiful scenes 'from it.
