Perry, Norman Speak Vows Miss Beverly Jane Norman and Mr. William Clifton Perry, Jr., both of Raleigh, N.C. were married Saturday at 12 o'clock noon in The Church of The Good Shepherd, Raleigh, N.C. The Reverend Louis C. Melcher, assisted by the Reverend Frank E. Pulley of Loulsburg, N.C. of ficiated. The bride Is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Fleming Norman of Winston Salem, N.C. and the groom, the son of Mrs. William C. Perry and the late Dr. Perry of Loulsburg, N.C. The bride, given In marriage by her father, wore a formal coat gown, marked with sllm pltclty and dignity, fashioned of antique white wool crepe, and designed with an empire waist and double -breasted en closure of pearl clusters. The sweeping back panel fell from a martingale belt and the wrist-length sleeves, banded with silk forentlne braid, were embellished with seed pearls. The chapel length veil of Imported silk Illusion was attached to a matching pill box hat which featured the same silk florentlne braid and pearls of the gown. Her flow ers were gardenias com plimented with stephanotls and eucalyptus. Miss Blllle Gall Norman was her sister's maid of honor. She wore a floor-length dress of lime green crepe compli mented with a moss green headdress. Her flowers were bronze daisy pompons ac cented In moss green. At the Youngsville High School PTA meeting held on Thursday night November the sixteenth, program chairman Mr. A1 De Porter Introduced the guest speaker Sgt. David D. Crunk leton from the government recruiting office in Raleigh. He spoke of the opportunities and advantages for young men and women In service, both educational and otherwise. Sgt. Crunkleton was ac companied by two other men from the office who were available for Information. Rev. Herman Thomas of the Oak Grove Baptist Church presented the devotional which opened the meeting. PTA -President Mrs. J. R. Sanders presided at the business session.
