Sandy Creek, 75 deg. E. 18.45
chains, to a rock, S. Per
simmons Pointers; thence, S.
1 deg. W. 20.25 chains to a
stake, thence, S. 87 1/4 deg.
W. 7.25 chains to Sandy Creek,
thence along said Creek as it
meanders, to the beginning,
containing 33 1/4 acres. See

Tract No. 1 will be offered
for resale upon an opening
bid of $6875.00, and Tract
No. 2 will be offered for re
sale upon an opening bid of
91000.00, tracts to be sold
separately.
The sale shall be subject to
the farming contracts for the
year 1967 and that said pur
chaser of said lands shall
receive possession of the
cultivated portion of said lands
upon the completion of the
farming operations thereon
during the year 1967.
A ten per cent (10%) deposit
will be required of the suc
cessful bidder for each tract
at the time of Mid Mia to
guarantee compliance with
said bid and to be forfeited
upon non-compliance.
