Dr. Wilmer Thornburg officiated at the doubiering ceremony. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Alien L. Landrus of Wichita, Kansas and the groom, the son of Mr. and Mrs. George Burnette of Route 2, Spring Hope, N. C. Given in marriage by her father, the bride vjpre a floor length empire waistline gown of Chantiily lace and satin, fashioned by her sister. She carried a cascade of yellow and white roses. Miss Beverly Baird of Wichita, Kansas was maid of honor and Mrs. Keith Hysom of Wichita, Kansas was brides maid. They wore floor length yellow dresses, featuring the empire waistline. Ti.ey car ried white fur muffs. The bride's mother wore a two piece blue dress of Thai land silk and a corsage of yellow roses. A. C.
