"IN MEMORY OF OUR DAUGHTER" (Mis. Margaret Griffin Gupton, who passed away March 30th, 1967) "Gone But Not Forgotten" Dear one, how we do miss you. We loved you so much, No one will ever know how hard It was for us to give you up. The thoughts we have for you. The tears we shed each day, Are just so much and many, In word we just cannot say. Your chair is vacant in your home. Your footsteps cannot be heard. But the things you did while you were there Will be remembered by the ones you loved. We know you suffered so very much, But you never complained, Because we know that God was there. To help you bear the pain. They say time heals all things. And helps us to forget. But time so far has only proved. How much we miss you yet. We cant understand why God took you, But we know he must have said. Come, find refuge on my breast, Lay down thy burdon and have rest. Not now but in he coming years, It may be in the better land. Well read the meaning of our tears. And there, sometime well understand. Sleep on beloved, sleep, and take they rest, Lay down thy head upon thy Saviour's breast We love thee well, But Jesus loves thee best. , Mr. and Mrs. J. M.
