Meets In Wake Forest
The W.M.U. of Ransdeil
Chapel met Monday at 8 p.m.
in the home of Rev. and Mrs.
Claude C. Wells in Wake
Forest. The program title
"Medical Ministry at a Gbo
masho" was brought to order
with prayer by the prayer
chairman, Mrs. AdeU C. Cash.
Six members present for the
meeting were: Mrs. Doris
Hunt, Mrs. Alice Frazier, Mrs.
Addie R. Cash, Mattie R.
Harrison, Mrs. Claude C.
Wells. Mrs. Addie R. Cash and
Mrs. Mattie R. Harrison was
in charge of the program.
After the meeting was closed
Mrs. Wells served punch,
cookies, potatoe chips, pickle
and chicken salad sandwiches,
then Mrs. Wells took the
group to tour the "Ruby
Reed Child Care Center" in
Wake Forest, where Mrs.
Wells is employed. The group
enjoyed tfce visit very much
at the center and in the Wells
home.

Youth Sunday Held At Mount Zion
Sunday, May 18, will be
"Youth Sunday" at Mount
Zion Baptist Church, Route
3, Louisburg. During the
morning worship service at 11
o'clock, the youth and young
people of the church will be
in charge of the entire service.
Special music will be pro
vided by the Junior choir
under the direction of Mrs.
Tim Duke. The Young Ladies
Choral Group will also sing.

Moore is a ministerial student
who was recently licensed to
preach by Guess Road Baptist
Church. Durham. He is a
rising Sophomore at Wingate
Junior College. Wingate. N. C.
where he is active in religious
activities and is a member of
the debating team. He has
recently participated in sev
eral youth revivals. He is the
grandson of Mrs. Mattie Fos
ter of Route 3, Louisburg.
