District Court Docket The following cases were disposed of in District Court Monday, June 2nd: Junius A. Kearney, n/m/39, operating auto intox icated. Plea of careless and reckless driving accepted. $100.00 fine and costs. David Lee Hicks, n/m/29, driving under influence. Plea of careless and reckless driv ing accepted. 2 months in jail, suspended for 2 years on pay ment of $100.00 fine and costs; not to operate a motor vehicle during first 6 months of suspension except in travel to and from work. Julia Mae Davis, n/f/20, fail to yield right of way. Nol pros with leave. Arthur Jr. Crudup, n/m/34, fail to see movement could be made in safety. Paid costs. William Arnold Cornell w/m/18, driving without II-' cense. Not guilty. , D**is Macon Chavis, n/m/27, speeding. Prayer for judgment continued on pay ment of costs.
