Salem. They are visiting at
summer camps and churches
in the area.

where they resided for several
years. Dr. Tabor practiced
medicine here, assisted by his
wife who is a nurse. As form
er residents and members of
the Baptist church, they will
be welcomed Sunday. A
picnic style fellowship dinner
will be held in the education
al building after the worship
service.

will begin this week with a
swimming party and cookout

stockbroker. After his death,
Mrs. Norman was informed
that she had been left a
$2,400 tip for her "zealous
attendance upon me at lunch

& Accidents
Charleston. W. Va. While
backing out of a parking
space, a 60 year-old man's
eye was attracted to a girl in a
miniskirt. The result was that
he forgot to stop backing and
smashed into the side of a
police car. There were no
charges but it cost the man
$90.

aboard the aircraft carrier
USS Kitty Hawk off the coast
of Vietnam.
This is the fourth combat
deployment for the carrier.
Earlier this year it became the
first carrier to receive the
Presidential Unit Citation
during the Vietnam war.
Upon completion of flight
operations the Kitty Hawk
will return to the United
States for a nine month yard
period.
