District Court Has Heavy Docket The following cases were disposed of in District Court Monday, June 30th: Richard A. Caligiuri, w/m/32, speeding. Judgment absolute on bond. Namon Edward Durham; n/m/49, operating auto intox icated. $100.00 Tine and costs; defendant not to oper ate motor vehicle on N. O. highways for 2 years; to sur render his operator's license. Appeal. Bond set at $150.00. Norman Judkins, n/m/53, operating auto intoxicated. To surrender operator's lic ense and not operate motor vehicle on N. C. highways for 2 years and pay $100.00 fine and costs. Appeal. Bond set at $150.00. Ben Howard Griffin, oper ating auto intoxicated. To surrender N. C. operator's li cense and not operate a mo tor vehicle on N. C. highways for 12 months and pay $100.00 fine and costs. Appeal. Bond set at $150.00. Billy Zester Horton, fol lowing too close. Prayer for judgment continued for 2 years on payment of $10.00 fine and costs.
