Youngsville Girl Scout Leadership Announced Youngsville ? Mrs. John Edwards, Youngsville Girl Scout Troop Organizer for the local Woman's Club, announces that troop leader ship (or the new year has been arranged. Mrs. Allen Stallings and Mrs. Vernon Grissom will continue as Odette Troop Leaders. Mrs. A. N. Corpening will be working with the Brownies again this year and will be assisted by Mrs. Wesley Murphy. With previous exper ience u a Brownie leader, Mrs. Murphy is now coming back to help after several years away from the fill*. Mrs. N. A. Brown will con tinue as Junior Girl Scout leader and will be assisted by Mrs. R. E. Cheatham. Neither of the three troops are having regular meetings at present; however, announce ment will be made soon in regard to resuming regular weekly meetings at the Girl Scout Hut. Shelton of Louis burg and daughter, Stella are leaving this week for Lot Angeles to attend the Nat ional Society of Public Ac countant's Annual Ocm?to tion. Shelton, a former Louis burg Mayor and Recorder's Court Judge, is Vice President of the N. C. Society and past President of the Raleigh Chapter. He served last year as Membership Chairman for the State organization. The California convention is slated for August 18 through August 24.
