Louisburg Splits With Bunn Louisburg's Bulldogs scor ed their second straight triumph in Franklin Area 1-A conference game by pinning Bunn, 61-56 Tuesday night. Louisburg held a 14-12 edge at the end of the first period and widened to 28-23 at halftime. The Bulldogs held a 44-36 margin at the close of the third period. For, Louisburg, Mike Ed gerton pushed in 21 points to lead the way. Others in double figures were Bennie Edgerton with 12 and Robby McDonald with 10. Wakelon Scares Youngsville Morris Catlett drilled in 29 points to -lead unbeaten Youngsville past a stubborn Wakelon quint, 62-58, Tues day night in a Franklin Area Conference game. Youngsville, which won the State 1-A championship two years ago, pushed its record in conference competi tion to 6-0 and ran its overall mark to 7-0. Wakelon was handed its first loss after two victories. All its games have been in league play. Besides Catlett, Buddy Mitchell's 17 points helped out Youngsville.
