We saw last Friday a letter frorn one of the largest commission houses in Chicago, to Mr. ' D. L. Hardy, in which they said that a "refrigerator" car of strawberries had been shipped from North Carolina, which sold at 25 cents', a quart. Amongthe names of the shippers were prominent truck farmers of Mt. Olive and Goldsboro The berries were shipped by freight and brought af big price considering thr distance transported. Most of the North Carolina ber ries have been shipped to eastern J points: New York, Philadelphia, Richmond and other cities.
