THE WILSON ADVANCE: MAY 27, 1897. Mr Alvin Clark's mule was stand- ! ing in front ol his ice house Monday afternoon when the military company passed . hv. The animal became frightened and made a dash to run when the swingletree snapped. He kept going though, and after running a short ways was stopped.
