Helmbold's Buchu.
IJeluib ld s Buchu has Ions been known
as one of tho most valuable medicines at
tainable in certain classes of diseases, such
as dyspepsia, chronic rheumatism, dropsy,
cutaneous affections, and esitecially
affections of the urinary organs. As a
diuretic, it is superior to almost any other
medicine iu use, and the great care with
which it is prepared, the absolute
purity of the preparation, and the dili
gence used in the selection of the crude
materials, have made it known far anil
wide as a reliable and eff ctivy prepara
tion, and one that can alwajs bo used
with safety and benefit. TLc great sue
cess j of Helmbold's Buchu has led to the
paoduction of many spurious preparations,
which are made cheaply and placed upon
the market to be sold on the reputation
acquired by Helmbold's original prepara
tion. Parties who desire a really good
medicine should be careful aud use Helm
