They were fined $5 each, in default of which they were sent below for 20 days. Two colored men, whose names we suppress by request, were charged with disorderly conduct on Saturday night, and were fined $3 each. A Narrow Escape. Jefferson Robinson, colored, who live3 on the corner of Front and Queen streets, fell overboard at about 7 o'clock last night from the wharf, between Dock and Market streets. He was somewhat intoxicated at the timq and was rescued with difficulty alter he had nearly last consciousness.
