There is a peculiar incident con nected with the death of Mrs. Elizabeth Landar, which occurred in this city last Saturday. She had a pet cat which was 20 years old and which died within one houraf ter Mrs. Landar breathed her last. The October "Notice to Mariners,'' just Issued, by the U. S.
