Kaster Sunday We had here a bright, pleasant Easter Sunday, albeit rather cool. The congregations at all the church es were very large. The services were very impressive, the floral ad ornments were elegant and profuse, the music was all delightful and the offerings, were large. In St. James' Church they were very large and in St. John's they were about sufficient to pay off the last cent of indebted ness floating indebtedness, by the way, brought over from last year And cancelled this Easter. In this church there was a very delightful choral service in the afternoon which was largely attended. The children of the Sunday school made then their offerings, ( amounting in the aggregate to nearly $100, which is to be applied to Diocesan Mission aries. Tliis Sunday school, by the way, is larger and in a more flourish, ing condition than it has been for years past, a result which is due, in a large measure, to the incessant labors of the Superintendent, Prof. Washington Catlett, and his excel lent methods and discipline.
