That it shall be the duly ef the Carolina Tower and Light Com pany to erect a platform or landing sta tion, to be used in eonneetion with pas arngers boarding or leaving the street tsrs of said company at the intersec tions of Fayetteville street and Martin Street, Fayetteville street and Bargett Street, Fayetteville atreet and Morgan Street. Raid platforma shall be 4 feet wide and twenty-five feet long and shall he raiaed three inches above tha snr- "fac of the street on-the side west to the curbing and Ave inches above the surface of the street on the side noxt the curbing and shall be built ia a substantial manner out of sound ma- -te rial, . .
