The New York Herald of November 19 carired an interesting article sent out from Chicago on the rating given to the law schools of the United States by the Council of Legal Educa tion and Admissioins to the Bar of the American Bar Associatioin. In the list of such law schools the Trin ity Law School is the only one in North Carolina, one of only four in the south, and one of thirty-nine in the whole country to be included in the Class A rating. If Guilty Let God Punish. Bregenz, Austria, Nov. 23.—“ May • Almighty God punish me with instant death if I am guilty,” was the final declaration of a man on trial here for the murder of his wife. Immediately after uttering these, words he swoon ed in the court room and died before doctors could come to his aid. His statement was made during a heated cross-examination under which the ac cused showed great excitement. Doc tors certified that heart failure caus ed his death.
