PAGE FOUR NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE . . Under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in that certain deed of trust executed by E. C. Brown and Madeline Brown, his wife, to S. C. Brawley, trustee, dated May 6, 1927, and recorded in the Registry of Chatham County in Book G.
