He called up. Senator Bailey today by phone, and the senator told him he would forward at once the list certified by the civil service commission for postmas ter at Siler City, Asheboro, Clay ton, and Cary. Senator Bailey also suggested to Mr. Cooley that It would be well for him to come to Washing ton In the near future to give at tention to some public works projects, and Mr. Cooley replied that he would be there the first of the week.
