Plexico, is now located in new and attractive quarters in the building foriperly occupied by the postoffice on B street. The building was attractively remodeled and the portion occu pied by Mr. Plexlco’s establish ment is particularly suited to that type of business. Mitchell and Mrs. Phillip.s combined hospital ity to the members of the Mis sionary Society of the Wllkesboro Baptist church in their monthly meeting Thursday afternoon at the home ot Mrs. Mitchell. The meeting opened with Mrs. George Johnson leading an impressive devotional period. Program leaders were Mis. Ave ry Church and Mrs. Zeb Davis and with the assistance of sever al of the members a splendid pro gram was presented. During the business session which was pre sided over by Mrs. Will Johnson, fine reports were heard from all the organizations which make up the W. M. U. The week of prayer will be observed by the society the first week in December. The large number of members attending were served tempting refreshments during the social hour.
