meeting this week at Monroe, Rev.
T.F. Foster of the Tryon colored
Methodist church is one of the prin
cipal speakes. Preachers Partee and
McClure are filling the pulpit in Try
on during the absence of Foster.
The colored baseball team is start
ing off this year today with a game at
Riverside Park with Spartanburg High
School.
