F. Pace Buried - HENDERSONVILLE, June 1.-Funeral service for A. F. Pace, 76, of Saluda, was held at 3 o’clock Sunday afternooa at Mountain Page church with the deacons serving as pallbearers. Mr. Pace is survived by two brothers, Mingus Pace, of Saluda, and Irple Pace, of Greenville, S. C.; one sister, Mrs. Vistoria Staton, of Saluda; and the following children: Arthur Pace, Pregnal Pace, and Mrs. Henry Dill, of Balfour, Willis Pace, of Upward, and Mrs. Henry Lang, of Cullman, Ala. Netc Train Schedule Soon News from Asheville states that the summer pullman service between Asheville, will be restored June 15 on trains Nos. 9 and 10. Also trains Nos. 1 and 2 will be restored at the same time. These trains ran last summer at 7:58 a.m. for Asheville and returned at 10:45 p.m. , Comp Rotorg Opens July 13 •' Camp Rotary at Lake Lahier will open on July 13 and last through Aug. 23, it was announced Monday by Jack Cordray, Scout executive of the Spartanburg area council. Only registered Boy Scouts will be admitted to the camp, it was stated. An elabprate program of entertainment and in struction has been arranged for the camp. Instructions will be made in leather, wood, metal, beadwork, basketry and archery, nature study and many other vocations. Scoot Leader’s Training Conference The Scout Leader’s Training Camp Conference will be held at Lake Lanier June 5,6, 7. The first session will open with supper at 6:30 o’clock Friday and close with noon dinner on The second session open with supper at 6:30 Saturday night and close with noon dinner on Sunday. x / .
