people should be known by their
deeds and not by the amount of
money they have. He exhibits the
Wall Street Journal which doesn’t
?efer to people as millionaires.
Mr. Jackson is right. We all
ought to have a million dollars
each so that it wouldn’t be a
news item. One reason the Wall
Street Journal doesn’t mention
millionaires is because all its
readers are supposed to be so
wealthy that a million dollars is
common. Whenever I get in the
bank a hundred dollars that does
n’t belong to my creditors I’m go
ing to get an automobile. Just as
a little pinch of salt brings out
the best flavor in food so does
a little pinch of the J. N. Jackson
philosophy bring out the best in
us. It makes us appreciate the
real things of life, be thrifty,
conservative, good hearted and
friendly. A lovable quality, but
pse it like salt. Don’t take more
than a pinch..
Church Tour In August
The tour of the country church
