Trip was made in a canvas covered truck for which they paid 50c per day parking space. They slept under the canvas on blank ets and quilts which they brought along; bought their food from stores. They did no cooking; had no dishes to wash. It was a trip for boys. Very economical. The driver said that had they known it sooner they could have gotten free parking, but that it was worth the 50c a day just to be near the crowds.
