Miss Mary Beach and sister, Mrs.. Spencer Ball, have arrived home from a visit in New York City. Mr. and Mts. C. H. Helms and children have returned from a visit at Monroe, N. C., and Cherry Grove Beach, S. C. Miss Molly Bryan has returned to S't. Luke’s hospital after spending her vacation at her home in Marion, S. C., and at Miyrtle Beach. Miss Louise Moore has returned from her vacation spent at Char leston and Folly Beach. Yesterday’s Bulletin should have said Charles Batchelder, who has been in St. Luke’s hospital is re cuperating at the home of Mr. and Mrs.' Brooks. George Aid has returned home from the University of North Carolina summer session. Mr. and Mrs. H. W. Bodie, who snent the winter and summer left on Monday for New York where they will sail for England. Physician says that Governor Chandler of Kentucky was pois oned with drinking water yester day.
