Judge Pless to Preside At Polk Superior Court Clerk of Court Robert S. Mc- Farland states that Judge J. Will Pless of Marion, resident judge of this district, will preside in place of Judge Hoyle Sink. Gov ernor Broughton made an ex change of the judges. Clerk Mc- Farland say s the Polk County docket will be light.
