Topic: “The Spirit of an Unconquerable City.” He is a brilliant speaker, and is an au thority of international affairs. He has visited Germany eight times since 1933, and in 1;938 was in the Balkans and Turkey where he met many leading political figures and was a guest of the Rumanian government. He was in Europe when war was de clared. He will bring a first hand account of events in Great Briain. He leaves this month for a tour of Central and South Amercia.
