The following has been received from the State Rationing Admin istrator: “Amendment 7 to Tire Rationing Regulations in effect makes all List A applicants, in cluding both trucks and passenger ?^tomobiles, accept retreaded 'or u!»apped tires whenever possible or tactical. “Your new tires, both passen ger and truck type, must be con served as far as possible for the most essential needs which arise in your community. Unfortunate ly, due to insufficient quotas, many eligibles in both List A and List B will be unable to have their needs satisfied.
