1935. When last heard from he

Bible Conference
Dr. John McCormick will be
conducting a Bible conference at
Grace Baptist Church, Landrum,
at 7:00 p.m., February 10 — 15.
Dr. McCormick is a native of
West Virginia. He was converted
at the age of 16, and began
preaching shortly before his 18th
birthday. He has pastored
churches in West Virginia,
Virginia, Georgia and Tennessee.
Dr. McCormick is a graduate of
Morris Harvey College in
Charleston, W. Va., with a
Bachelor of Arts degree. His
Seminary work was taken in
Temple Baptist Theological
Seminary in Chattanooga, Ten
nessee. He then served as a
member of the faculty of
Tennessee Temple College and
Bible School for six years. He was
also Academic Dean of the Bible
Institute of Texas in Pasadena,
Texas for four years. Dr.
McCormick has been honored
with a Doctor of Divinity (D.D.)
degree from the Bible Institute of
Texas in Pasadena, Texas and a
Doctor of Literature (Litt. D.)
degree from Garland College in
Garland, Texas. He has written a
number of Bible study booklets
on various Bible subjects. He has
conducted Bible conferences,
revivals, missionary confer
ences, and evangelistic meetings
in 37 states.

of Grace Baptist Church.
