TOWN OF TRYON NOTICE OF TAX LIEN SALE Notice is hereby given that the undersigned for the Town of’ Tryon will at 10:00 A.M., on Monday the 12th day of May 1980, in the Board of Commissioners Room, Tryon Town Hall, offer for sale at public outcry, to the highest bidder, for cash, liens upon the following described real property for delinquent taxes accrued thereon. The amounts advertised will be increased by interest and costs up to the date of sale. Omission of interest and costs from the amounts advertised will not constitute a waiver of the Town’s claim for those items. No bid will be received until it is at least equal to the principal amount of the taxes advertised plus interest and costs accrued thereon at the date of sale. This 16th day of April, 1980.
