Piedmont Natural Gas Company. Inc.. Public Service Company of North Carolina, and Vnited Cities Gas Company NOTIC E DE HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that beginning on Tuesday. June 3. 1980, at 9:30 am. in the Commission Hearing Room. Dobbs Building. 430 North Salisbury Street. Raleigh. North Carolina, the North Carolina Utilities Commission will conduct a hearing to determine the appropriate disposition of certain producer refunds received by the above-referenced companies from Transcontinental Gas Pipe line Corporation (Transco). Dur ing the period 1958-1971, Transco collected certain producer pay ments from its customers, and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERO has order ed a refund of these payments to these customers. Total refunds received by each company are as follows: Company Total Refund North Carolina Natural Gas $355,687.29 Pennsylvania & Southern 40.030.97 Piedmont Natural Gas Co.. Inc.
